Hot Mugs

Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

4 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

A pinch of salt

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions:

In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt, mixing well. Make sure your mug is large enough for all the ingredients.

Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and smooth.

If desired, mix in chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture.

Microwave on high for about 60–90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is set in the center. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s power.

Let it cool for a minute and enjoy warm! You can top it with whipped cream, ice cream, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
