Order Refunds and Cancellations                                                                         

Since orders go directly to production immediately after a purchase we are unfortunately unable to accept cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damages and issues

We want you to love what you ordered! If there’s a problem with your item (wrong print, damaged, etc.), please contact us within 30 days at help.nursiegear@outlook.com and we’ll fix it. No need to send it back. 

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll happily offer a free reprint or refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the issue. Contact us at help.nursiegear@outlook.com. There’s no need to return the item.

Ordered the wrong size or color? While we can’t offer a full refund, we’re happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement. For more questions, reach out anytime at help.nursiegear@outlook.com.  We’re here to find a solution that works.

 All products are made-to-order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
