Because you take care of everyone else — we've got you covered.

WE MAKE IT RIGHT.

At Nursie Gear, our gear is made for the nurses who don't get a lunch break, run on cold coffee, and still show up with a smile. You pour everything into your patients — the least we can do is make sure your gear is exactly what you ordered. If something's off, we'll fix it. No drama. No charting required.

What We'll Refund

We offer refunds on the following — no questions, no judgment, just solutions:

  • Items that were sent incorrectly (wrong size, wrong design — we own that)
  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival

We stand behind every tee, hoodie, mug, and piece of gear we send your way.

!What We Don't Refund

Because our products are printed on demand just for you, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for size exchanges, change of mind, or items that have been washed or worn. (We know nurses multitask — just double-check your size before you order! 😄)

We also follow the care instructions included with your purchase — for best long-term results, please give your gear the TLC it deserves. Washing on hot won't be on us.

Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. We know your schedule is wild — we get it. Just don't let it slip past a month!
